First Lesson: Byzantine Art
Second lesson: Gothic Art
Gothic - one of the most striking styles that took place in the Middle Ages! Let's talk about the features of Gothic architecture and find out why Gothic temples are decorated with stained-glass windows and gargoyles. And then we will study the main proportions of the human body, and create a sketch of a stained-glass window with the image of a knight.

We will talk about the origin of the name "impressionism" and the most important features of this style, find out why impressionist artists did not like to mix paints and use black, why they needed to paint the same view dozens of times. After that, we will take a closer look at the work of Claude Monet and draw a poppy field in the manner of the Impressionists.

Fourth lesson: Post-Impressionism
We will talk about the important features of the post-impressionism style, its main differences from impressionism and the influence that this style had on the further development of art history. Let's get acquainted with the biography and work of Vincent van Gogh and draw our own version of the famous "Sunflowers".
We will get acquainted with another important trend in avant-garde art - cubism. Let's figure out who gave the young Pablo Picasso the idea of creating a new style, what features of cubism can be considered the main ones, and why the faces of people in cubist paintings resemble African masks.
