Incense Making Workshop, 11 October

50,00
Dive in this new experience with Futura to explore the ancient art of incense making.
With us, you will learn to create exquisite botanical incense from natural herbs, woods and resins and discover the basic techniques of crafting and burning incense.

Attendees will delve into the world of herbs and their natural properties, learn how to choose, dose and mix ingredients following their personal preference and intuition. Together, we will understand the role of each component of the mixture and how to optimize its scent and burning time.

Besides the ancient art of burning incense or loose herbs for different reasons, such as anti-bacterial purposes, aromatherapy, spiritual practices, healing practices and so on, crafting those aromatic treasures will help you stimulate your creativity and enhance brain activity using primarily the sense of smell and touch.

The workshop will last two hours, and you will have the opportunity to choose among a big variety of ingredients, and bring home with you aroma sticks and self-burning incense cones. Don’t worry you will be provided with all that is needed!

Just bring your smile and indulge your senses in the enchanting world of incense!
